Do you offer customizations?
Yes—finishes, sizes, and wiring standards can be customized. Share details in the form and our team will advise feasibility and pricing.
What certifications are available?
Our products are handcrafted and produced to order, so UL or CE certification isn’t available by default. However, for substantial order quantities we can arrange UL or CE approval. Supporting documentation is available on request.
What are your payment terms?
Typically 50% advance and 50% before dispatch for wholesale orders. Net terms may be available for approved accounts.
